Responsibilities:
Planned, conducted, and oversaw complex chemical research projects and contributed to our ongoing scientific endeavors.
Analyze, interpret, and document experimental data, translating findings into actionable insights.
Lead and mentored a team of junior chemists, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, biologists, and product development teams.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and technologies in the field of chemistry. Contribute to developing patents, scientific publications, and presentations at scientific conferences.
Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures and regulations in the laboratory.
Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a closely related field.
A minimum of 5 years of postdoctoral experience in a research-intensive environment.
Demonstrated a track record of innovative chemistry research, as evidenced by peer-reviewed publications.
Expertise in various chemical analysis techniques, such as spectroscopy, chromatography, and crystallography.
Proficiency in data analysis software and laboratory information management systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
