Requirements:Â
Ph.D. in Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field. Post-doctoral research experience is highly desirable.Â
Proven track record of successful research projects and publications in reputable scientific journals.Â
Expertise in a specific area of biology, such as molecular biology, genetics, microbiology, ecology, or bioinformatics.Â
Strong knowledge of advanced laboratory techniques, instrumentation, and data analysis methods.Â
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in project management, team supervision, and mentorship.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.Â
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex scientific concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.Â
Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and establish effective partnerships with external stakeholders.Â
